Founder's Associate Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations.
• Assist the founders with research, preparation, and execution of investor, vendor, partner, and internal projects.
• Own high-priority workstreams from analysis through follow-through.
• Coordinate information flow with internal teams and external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and lawyers.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools to improve efficiency across departments.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's program with top academic results in business, economics, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment such as consulting or a startup.
• Strong analytical, structured-thinking, research, and concise communication skills.
• Proactive ownership and ability to turn ambiguity into action.
• Tech and AI curiosity, including interest in emerging technologies and automation.
• Fluency in German and English and availability to work on-site in Hamburg.

Hiring process
