Production Operations Engineer (AI Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own the health and stability of production environments and proactively identify operational risks.
• Drive incident tracking, follow-ups, and completion of R&D postmortems.
• Partner with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement reliability improvements.
• Establish production-readiness standards, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Communicate operational risks, technical details, and business impact to R&D stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in production operations, SRE, DevOps, or a related engineering role.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience owning operational processes and holding teams accountable for commitments.
• Solid understanding of public cloud environments, including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving drive, and a collaborative approach.
