RPA Sensor Operator Instructor (UAV)

What you will do

• Deliver academic and practical instruction for a Basic UAS training program.
• Provide RPA system training using multimedia presentations, system components, and crew and group-based simulators.
• Develop, deliver, and maintain multimedia and computer-assisted courseware packages.
• Use aviation, training, and computer skills to support classroom instruction.
• Identify and respond to customer needs, questions, and requests.

Requirements

• Current or previous military sensor operator rating, or equivalent civil sensor or mission operator experience.
• Previous experience as a sensor operator instructor, including USAF specialty code “K,” RAF Q Qualifications, or a civilian equivalent.
• At least 1,000 hours of total flying or operating time, simulated and/or live.
• At least 2 years of instructional experience.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and prepare effective oral and written presentations and proposals.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an employment visa for Saudi Arabia.

Nice to have

• Experience with diverse sensor capabilities and UAV types, sizes, roles, and levels of complexity.
• Fixed-wing UAV operating or instructional experience.
• Strong cultural awareness, customer orientation, adaptability, and ability to work in multicultural and multiagency environments.
• Ability to research customer questions, solve complex problems independently, and remain composed under pressure.
