International Affiliate (Mental Health)

Location: Santol, Central Luzon, Philippines; supporting clients in Pampanga and Baguio through hybrid in-person and virtual sessions

What you will do

• Provide counselling and therapy sessions to clients in person and virtually.
• Follow Lyra’s clinical and service standards while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Manage client scheduling, referrals, and appointments using digital tools.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.
• Coordinate periodically with Lyra’s care and operations teams to support seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) licensed to practice in the Philippines.
• Experience providing counselling or therapy services.
• Access to a safe, private, and professional space for in-person sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional, confidential, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to complete documentation and administrative requirements on time.
• Fluency in English and comfort using digital platforms for sessions and case management.
