Lead DevOps Engineer/Senior Lead DevOps Engineer (AI Platform)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain platform capabilities, cloud-native services, and automation solutions.
• Implement GitOps and DevOps automation for the shared multi-tenant cloud platform, supporting application deployments and rollouts.
• Identify opportunities for new automations and create designs and implementation plans.
• Maintain and expand existing automations and related processes.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, stakeholders, and colleagues while creating documentation, presentations, and training materials.
• Contribute to market research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of enterprise-level experience building globally deployed, highly available, and scalable multi-tenant cloud systems.
• Experience designing and building DevOps/GitOps automation with tools such as ArgoCD and Crossplane or equivalents.
• Experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure in Azure, specifically AKS, or in AWS/GCP; Azure experience with networking, firewalls, Front Door, Container Registry, Managed Identities, Storage, and AI Services is relevant.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux, Unix, or Windows, plus knowledge of databases, application and web tiers, networking, proxies, and firewalls.
• Knowledge of service architecture, solution design, distributed systems, API integration, observability, messaging, MongoDB Atlas, and Confluent Kafka; a university degree or equivalent professional qualification in software or systems engineering is essential.
