QA Lead

What you will do

• Manage QA team: task planning, motivation, performance evaluation, training and development.
• Control quality: participate in testing, release planning, bug analysis and management.
• Support Shift-Left approach, optimize processes, reduce testing technical debt.
• Track metrics and provide reports on mobile and web product status.
• Build collaboration with related teams and departments.

Requirements

• Experience managing QA teams including hiring and development
• Mentorship and ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Experience tracking basic quality metrics.
• Deep understanding of functional, regression, and smoke testing.
• Experience with mobile testing tools: sniffers, log reading (ADB, etc.), Xcode/AndroidStudio, farms.
• Experience testing web applications and optimizing logic and layout testing using devtools.
• Skills in requirements testing and creating testing artifacts (interaction diagrams, test cases, test reports).
• Excellent communication skills and proactivity.
