Library Experience Coordinator

Location: Campus-based at Oxford Road, Manchester; required to work at any Library site as needed. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered.

What you will do

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of frontline library services across multiple library sites and online services.
• Support, guide, and motivate Library Experience Advisors.
• Help users connect with library services, resources, and spaces.
• Act as the first point of operational escalation and resolve service issues.
• Support effective decision-making in a busy service environment.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and frontline service delivery.
• Ability to support and develop colleagues in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to resolve operational issues and make effective decisions.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern and at any Library site as required.
• Flexibility regarding working hours as reasonably requested.
