Overview

Backend Lead in the team, developing a scalable hotel catalog, aggregating data from multiple sources. Your responsibilities include team management, participation in API design, and ensuring system reliability.

What you will do

• Manage the backend development team, participating in hiring and team development.
• Develop and maintain a scalable hotel catalog, aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Develop and support integration modules with key suppliers.
• Participate in API design and integration with other hirify.global.ру services.
• Enhance system fault tolerance and performance by implementing architectural solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a Senior Developer.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in TravelTech (Hotels, OTA).
• Experience leading a team for 2+ years, including complex technical projects.
• Real experience integrating with external APIs (XML/JSON, REST, SOAP, gRPC).
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture principles.
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
