Senior Designer (Consumer Packaging)

What you will do

• Lead the exploration and development of strategically driven consumer packaging concepts and compelling big ideas.
• Collaborate with Design Directors and cross-functional teams to create innovative packaging solutions that balance creativity, commercial objectives, and production feasibility.
• Apply design thinking, brand strategy, consumer insights, visual identity, typography, colour, structure, and packaging graphics to build cohesive design systems.
• Present and articulate design rationale to internal teams and clients while driving quality across branding, consumer packaging, and visual communication projects.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain high design standards, consistency, and quality across packaging projects.

Requirements

• Extensive experience delivering consumer packaging and brand identity projects in a leading branding, design, or packaging agency.
• Strong understanding of FMCG and retail categories.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience developing packaging concepts and executing designs from ideation through production.
• Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strategic, solutions-driven mindset with an understanding of consumer behaviour, innovation, and emerging packaging trends.
