What you will do

• Provide technical support to site owners and webmasters and resolve operational issues.
• Diagnose Drupal incidents, restore service availability, and implement corrective and preventive solutions.
• Support development teams with deployments, release preparation, and implementation procedures.
• Manage Drupal/LAMP infrastructure, hosting environments, software configuration, and site performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD processes and AWS Cloud9-based development environments.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, security assessments, technical studies, audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience as a Webmaster.
• At least 5 years of Drupal experience, including 4 years in Drupal hosting, web or Drupal security, and production support.
• At least 5 years of Linux experience and 4 years working with LAMP environments.
• At least 4 years of Drupal deployment, release, and deployment management experience.
• At least 3 years of AWS, cloud-based development, and CI/CD pipeline implementation and support experience; excellent written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in web content management within a large multicultural organisation or EU institution.
