Debt Collections Advisor - France

What you will do

• Review call flows, scripts, and negotiation logic used by AI voice agents.
• Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions, settlement ranges, and escalation paths against real-world collections practice.
• Stress-test edge cases including disputes, renegotiation, hardship, repeat promises-to-pay, and regulatory triggers.
• Identify compliance risks under British consumer-protection rules and advise on acceptable French-market practices.
• Review tone, channel mix, and contact-frequency standards for the French collections market.
• Join periodic calls or asynchronous reviews with product, AI, engineering, and founding team members; share anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Current or recent experience, within the last two years, at a bank, debt collection agency, servicer, or BPO.
• 5+ years of debt-collections leadership experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP.
• Practical knowledge of French debt-collection operations, negotiation, escalation, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to provide anonymized examples and validate AI training materials without sharing client data.
• Availability for a fully remote engagement based in France.
