What you will do
- Review AI agent call flows, scripts, negotiation logic, escalation paths, and settlement ranges.
- Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions, repayment negotiations, and operational practices against real collections experience.
- Stress-test edge cases including disputes, renegotiation, hardship, repeat promises to pay, and regulatory triggers.
- Identify compliance risks under British consumer-protection rules and advise on Italian market norms for tone, channels, and contact frequency.
- Participate in periodic calls or async reviews with product and engineering teams.
- Share anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks without client data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of debt-collection leadership experience in a bank, DCA, servicer, BPO, or contact centre.
- Current or recent experience, within the last two years, at a named bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
- Experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP in collections.
- Knowledge of Italian debt-collection practices, compliance expectations, and local customer-contact norms.
