What you will do
- Review AI-agent call flows, scripts, negotiation logic, and escalation paths against real collections-desk practices.
- Validate cadence, cure-rate assumptions, settlement ranges, and negotiation logic.
- Stress-test disputes, renegotiations, hardship cases, repeat promises-to-pay, and regulatory triggers.
- Identify potential compliance risks and advise on German contact-frequency, tone, and channel-mix standards.
- Participate in periodic calls or asynchronous reviews with product, engineering, and AI teams.
- Share anonymized examples, scripts, and playbooks from collections experience without client data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in debt collections leadership or management.
- Current or recent experience, within the last two years, at a bank, DCA, servicer, or BPO.
- Experience as a Manager, Team Lead, Head, Director, or VP in collections.
- Practical knowledge of German debt-collection operations, compliance, negotiation, and contact-centre practices.
