Location: Remote across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands; travel required up to 60%

Salary: £54,400–£81,600 annually in the United Kingdom. Other regional ranges include €63,680–€95,520 in Ireland, €77,600–€116,400 in Belgium, and €67,520–€101,280 in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead growth of the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio, including spine, capital and robotics solutions.
• Develop product strategies and plan launches for next-generation technologies.
• Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, including forecasting, pipeline health and opportunity optimization.
• Deliver clinical and technical training for customers and sales teams.
• Develop reimbursement strategies to support market access and sustainable growth.
• Build competitive intelligence and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Experience in spinal, orthopaedic or neuromodulation therapies in sales or marketing.
• Experience in capital sales or capital marketing.
• Ability to work in a complex business environment with sales and regional marketing management.
• Fluent English required.
• Availability to travel up to 60% across the assigned region.
