Focus on managing complex multinational transactions, engaging with advisors and investment partners, and overseeing minority shareholdings.

What you will do

  • Lead M&A transactions across sourcing, assessment, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, financing, signing, closing, and postmerger integration.
  • Coordinate sellers, executives, advisors, auditors, attorneys, internal stakeholders, venture capital firms, and private equity funds.
  • Partner with business units and business groups on strategic M&A initiatives.
  • Manage postinvestment activities for minority shareholdings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in M&A or finance and accounting.
  • Fluent English presentation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and concisely.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in complex, multinational environments with multiple business units and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, collaborate, and lead crossfunctional and cross-business-unit teams.
