ERP Functional Integrated Supply Chain Lead (JD Edwards)

What you will do

• Lead analysis, design, implementation, configuration, and support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Integrated Supply Chain modules.
• Support Sales Order Management, Procurement, Advanced Warehousing, Inventory, Quality, Transportation Management, and EDI processes.
• Participate in cloning JD Edwards applications and processes to establish hirify.global’s independent technology landscape and exit Transition Services Agreements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with Technology, Finance, Manufacturing, Commercial, HR, and third-party delivery teams.
• Troubleshoot integrations with Warehouse Management Systems and other supply chain applications, including real-time warehouse data exchange.
• Lead upgrade initiatives, functional validation, end-user training, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience with JD Edwards ERP and supply chain modules.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, system configuration, support, integrations, analysis, and problem resolution.
• Experience with JD Edwards 9.2 or later is highly preferred.
• Experience working with third-party support and delivery teams and managing senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Experience in regulated environments, including privacy and compliance requirements, with the ability to support validation documentation, traceability, electronic records and signatures, audit readiness, and change control.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems such as Swisslog and automated warehouse operations.
• Project management experience in ERP implementations or upgrades.
• Experience cloning and owning applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Design thinking awareness and prior usage.
