Contracts Analyst 1

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid attendance in the office several times per month, with a fully home-based arrangement negotiable

What you will do

• Prepare, review, maintain, and update client contracts according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with project management, finance, legal, and commercial teams to establish contractual terms and conditions.
• Assist with negotiating and revising contracts, scopes of work, budgets, amendments, and change orders.
• Act as the customer interface for contractual matters on small to mid-size projects and support senior team members on larger projects.
• Coordinate assigned contracting activities, maintain documentation in company systems, and ensure timely execution.
• Identify scope, timeline, and budget risks and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in contracts, contract administration, budgeting, project coordination, or a related area.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Basic negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the CRO, pharmaceutical, clinical research, or laboratory environment.
