Traffic Manager / Таргетолог (Junior)

Location: Remote, Tashkent; working hours are 10:00–19:00 Dubai time.

Salary: From $600 per month before taxes.

What you will do

• Execute media buying strategies on Facebook and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and refine strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand messaging.
• Create advertising creatives and prepare technical briefs for the Design team.
• Provide performance insights and recommend campaign improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, with up to 3 years considered for the role.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
• Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize advertising strategies.
• Availability to work five days a week from 10:00 to 19:00 Dubai time.
