Motion Designer

Location: Remote, but candidates must already be based in Singapore

What you will do

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
• Develop storyboards, frames, animation sequences, and visual concepts aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product, video, and graphic design teams to produce cohesive multimedia content.
• Mentor junior motion designers and present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, managing multiple projects and resolving animation, rendering, and visual effects issues.
• Build reusable templates and motion design systems while exploring advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.
• Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills, with a portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
• Proven ability to lead creative direction, guide teams, and manage projects effectively.
• Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
