What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions from intake through offer stage.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Talent Sourcer.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Interest in technology, people, and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Experience with Comeet.
