SAP C4C & SD IT Systems Analyst

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid working

Full-time permanent position in hirify.global's SAP Application Management Services team.

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day maintenance, configuration, and functional evolution of SAP Sales & Service Cloud/C4C.
• Gather and map business requirements to standard SAP CRM functionality, including lead, opportunity, pipeline, quotation, service claim, and escalation processes.
• Design, customize, and implement SAP SD solutions covering pricing, billing, order processing, and partner determination.
• Manage SD projects and enhancement tracks from blueprinting through configuration, testing, validation, and go-live.
• Coordinate with external implementation partners on advanced CRM customizations and with the Digital department on backend synchronization for the hirify.global Market portal.
• Execute functional unit testing and system validation, and support business users during UAT.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or commercial field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on functional SAP experience across CRM platforms and core ERP logistics.
• At least 3 years of experience configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud/C4C, including account management, ticket handling, system lifecycles, and Data Workbench.
• Proven SAP SD experience in end-to-end configuration, process design, blueprinting, pricing, billing, order processing, and partner determination.
• Experience independently driving small to mid-sized IT projects or operational phases through testing and go-live; S/4HANA transformation experience is beneficial.
• Exceptional English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
