Focus on troubleshooting laboratory methods and equipment, investigating defects, maintaining GMP and 5S standards, and leading the day-to-day work of lab analysts.

What you will do
- Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, bulk products, and finished products according to P&G methods.
- Conduct routine laboratory testing, maintain laboratory equipment and systems, and review results against specifications.
- Perform laboratory investigations and troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment.
- Maintain the laboratory area according to GMP, QAC, and 5S requirements.
- Find and resolve defects, apply IWS, AM, PM, Kaizen, failure analysis, and Why-Why tools.
- Lead the day-to-day work of lab analysts and develop procedures, DMS, and tracking systems.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Chemistry or a relevant subject.
- Ability to perform tests including Nitrogen, Active Matter, assay methods, Arsenic, Free Amine, Hydroxyl Value, Identification, Insoluble Iron, and Iodine Value.
- Capability to complete training and qualification programs with accurate documentation.
- Strong technical understanding of assigned laboratory systems and equipment.
- Commitment to safe workplace practices and quality and compliance expectations.
