Designer (Graphic Design)

What you will do

• Build design concepts and develop visual strategies across brand identity, packaging, visual communications, and digital commerce.
• Create and adapt 2D package designs and other creative assets across markets, channels, and formats.
• Support the creation and execution of brand guidelines to ensure consistent and creative application across touchpoints.
• Participate in design brainstorms, studio meetings, design reviews, and print production meetings.
• Communicate conceptual and directional choices and remain accountable for excellent execution.
• Track industry trends and design best practices.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of full-time graphic design experience.
• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of graphic design, package design, brand identity, storytelling, typography, problem-solving, design systems, and technical execution.
• Experience designing for FMCG brands.
• Understanding of design thinking and the ability to develop user-centered, scalable visual systems.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, plus an understanding of print production requirements.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere, or Figma.
