Location: Southall, United Kingdom; branch-based role working 28 hours per week on a rota from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm
Salary: £27,138 starting salary, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an opportunity to earn a discretionary performance-related bonus of 8% of salary

What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone.
- Support day-to-day transactions, customer queries, and servicing needs.
- Answer customer calls into the contact centre.

- Develop knowledge of banking services and products.
- Identify ways to improve the customer experience and protect customers from fraud and scams.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience in a face-to-face or telephone-based role.

- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling a broad range of activities.
- Strong team-working skills and a practical, can-do approach.
- Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom to commence employment.
