Digital IC Design Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Tel Aviv

What you will do

• Design, implement, and verify RTL blocks for memory, control, and compute subsystems.
• Collaborate with system software and architecture teams to define block-level specifications.
• Develop and maintain functional verification infrastructure for design validation.
• Support synthesis, timing analysis, and backend integration.
• Contribute to architectural exploration and hardware-software co-design efforts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in RTL design (Verilog/SystemVerilog) for control logic and memory subsystems.
• Strong understanding of digital architecture, including pipelining and system-level integration.
• Proficiency in functional verification, testbench development, and debugging.
• Familiarity with ASIC and FPGA design flows, including synthesis and timing closure.
• English: Proficient level required.

Nice to have

• UVM experience.
• French language proficiency.
