What you will do

• Run, analyze, and report in vitro cardiovascular, neurobehavioral, and gastrointestinal safety assays.
• Evaluate and implement New Approach Methodologies (NAMs).
• Operate and troubleshoot MEA platforms and interpret multi-electrode recordings.
• Assist senior scientists with collaborative research projects.
• Learn and implement new experimental protocols using basic laboratory techniques.

Requirements

• BS or BA in biology or a related field.
• Background in electrophysiology principles and experience with MEA platforms.
• Proficiency in basic laboratory techniques, including compound dosing, rodent restraint, and dilution calculations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, analyze data with limited supervision, and use Microsoft Office for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with peptide or oligonucleotide-based modalities in an in vitro or in vivo setting.
