Patient Care (Healthcare)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (Hybrid); must be based in Kyiv and able to travel frequently to clients, partners, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patient support sites.

What you will do

• Support the management and implementation of Patient Support Programs by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Enrol eligible patients on time, educate them about program procedures, and coordinate services throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain complete patient files, electronic records, reports, and quality assurance metrics.
• Coordinate visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patient support sites, and help ensure timely medication delivery.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with client requirements, laws, and internal SOPPs.
• Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to new and subordinate team members while assisting with governance and operational monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical or hospital patient care setting.
• Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Fluent English and fluent local language required.
• Flexibility to travel and work varying hours is essential.
• Ability to apply international standards, applicable laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures consistently.
