What you will do

  • Develop SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation strategies for international and local brands.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform content gap and internal linking analyses.
  • Create content briefs for copywriters and optimise SEO content and meta tags.
  • Audit AI search visibility and contribute to GEO or GSO initiatives.
  • Support Total Search projects and develop knowledge of SEA.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience with SEO projects in-house or in an agency environment; relevant internship experience may be included.
  • French or Dutch and strong English communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Semrush; experience with every tool is not required.
  • Expertise in one or more areas including technical SEO audits, content gap analysis, content briefs, SEO writing, meta tag optimisation, internal linking, or AI search visibility.
  • Ownership of work, clear expectation-setting, reliable follow-through, curiosity, collaboration, and strong business acumen.
