Fullstack Developer (Operations & Automation) – Barcelona

Location: Onsite at the corporate headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must already be legally eligible to work in Spain.

hirify.global develops engineered components and subsystems for healthcare, advanced manufacturing, robotics, minimally invasive surgery, and 3D metal printing. Keonn, part of hirify.global, manufactures RFID hardware and software for retail, healthcare, and logistics.

What you will do

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of internal tools for testing, automation, and process digitalization across Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Service.
• Design and implement frontend and backend solutions integrated with cloud systems.
• Develop and maintain software that drives, automates, and logs functional testing of RFID hardware, including Linux-based devices and physical test equipment.
• Migrate local, on-premise applications to secure cloud-hosted services with authentication, access control, data segregation, and secure deployment.
• Act as the technical lead for operational tools, coordinate timelines across departments, and mentor at least one engineer.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend technical improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, PHP, Python, and MariaDB, with experience managing and deploying local or on-premise servers.
• Experience working with Linux-based hardware and physical testing tools and equipment.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent Catalan, strong professional English, and existing legal eligibility to work in Spain are required.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS, including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, and VPC.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, secrets management, TLS, and audit logging.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and sound judgment when verifying their output.
