Head of Communications & Investor Relations

hirify.global is a Finnish technology company that designs, builds, and sells software products and digital solutions through product, technology solutions, and venture businesses.

What you will do

• Lead global communications and investor relations for the hirify.global Group.
• Develop and execute communications strategy across media, public relations, executive communications, and investor relations.
• Define key messaging, the investor story, and thought leadership focused on technology, AI, and European defence.
• Build hirify.global’s investor relations function as a newly listed company, including its IR strategy, equity story, and market positioning.
• Own investor communications such as financial reports, stock exchange releases, and press releases with Legal and Finance.
• Plan crisis and incident communications, produce written content, support internal communications, and manage agency relationships.

Requirements

• Proven communications experience, preferably in professional services or the technology sector.
• Experience in investor relations at a publicly listed company.
• Ability to discuss financial results with investors and analysts and learn or apply MAR and Nasdaq Helsinki rules.
• Strategic thinking, proactive execution, strong collaboration, structured planning, and budget management skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English required.
• Strong understanding of modern communications, investor relations, and the use of AI in communications.

• Professional services or technology-sector communications background.
• Dutch or Swedish language skills.
