What you will do

• Localize the overseas e-commerce website interface and manage language vendors and language resources.
• Work with product, marketing, operations, and development teams to create consistent multilingual user experiences and support product launches and campaigns.
• Perform localization quality assurance, resolve issues, and lead language quality optimization projects.
• Build and maintain glossaries, style guides, process documentation, and the localization team’s knowledge base.
• Collaborate with the AI team on multilingual LLM training and optimization through data annotation, quality assessment, prompt optimization, and evaluation of generated results.
• Identify process challenges, propose improvements, and continuously optimize team workflows.

Requirements

• Native Portuguese, Spanish, or Italian and high proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in translation or localization.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, adaptability, and sensitivity to local user needs and cultural nuances.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border collaborative environment.
