Packaging Graphic Designer

Location: Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia; onsite and based in Cikarang

What you will do

• Develop packaging graphics from initial headquarters designs through manufacturable packaging designs and structures.
• Manage and approve layered packaging artwork for piloting and production.
• Coordinate copy translations, legal requirements, and country-specific packaging regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to verify legal names, specifications, artwork accuracy, and print proofs.
• Manage artwork review schedules and approve market labels in line with project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or a related art and design field.
• At least 1 year of packaging graphic design experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or comparable graphic design software.
• Ability to create 2D packaging mockups, with a strong sense of color and composition.
• Proficiency in time management, digital asset management, and Microsoft Office.
• Business English communication skills and willingness to be based in Cikarang, Indonesia.
