Managing Director, Head of Philippines

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, with an expatriate assignment requiring relocation to Manila, Philippines for 3–4 years.

Annual salary: $203,600–$339,300, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead all day-to-day operations for the Philippines site, including performance, compliance, employee engagement, and service delivery.
• Build a cultural and operational bridge between the Philippines site and U.S. operations.
• Develop and execute long-term strategies for site expansion and potential growth across multiple business functions.
• Represent the organization with government bodies, industry peers, and regulatory agencies in the Philippines.
• Assess geopolitical and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies that support business continuity.
• Build a sustainable leadership pipeline with a long-term transition of site leadership to a Filipino national.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in large-scale, cross-functional global or regional operations, preferably in call center or service delivery environments.
• Executive-level strategic acumen and experience influencing enterprise-wide decisions.
• Experience working across cultures and engaging with external stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Manila, Philippines for 3–4 years.
• Experience building or scaling operations with a focus on performance, cost efficiency, and service delivery.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, problem-solving skills, and experience navigating foreign-market regulatory and labor environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or with the Philippines or other international markets.
• General management experience spanning multiple business functions.
• Strong government relations experience.
