Senior HR Business Partner (FMCG)

Location: Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand; hybrid working

What you will do

• Partner with leaders across Marketing, R&D, and NZ Sales in Australia and New Zealand.
• Build relationships with leaders to influence and co-create people solutions.
• Support annual talent, merit, and performance reviews with Centers of Excellence teams.
• Manage people budgets with the Rewards team.
• Lead employee relations activities, including grievances, performance improvement, and change management.
• Drive employee experience initiatives and manage the growth and development of one Senior HR Advisor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Experience working in FMCG and global companies.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
