Overview

The Principal Software Engineer will focus on code quality and system development, driving end-to-end feature delivery while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability throughout the development lifecycle. The role involves shipping reliable and scalable solutions and solving complex problems.

What you will do

• Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of features and services from concept to delivery.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and maintainability through code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features that meet business and technical objectives.
• Identify areas for improvement within the codebase, infrastructure, and development process, and drive solutions for increased efficiency and code quality.
• Monitor service health and performance, ensuring timely issue and bug resolution.
• Stay current with new technologies to ensure modern, scalable systems aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

• 10 - 13 Years Experience in C#, .Net, C++
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices such as TDD, unit testing, and code reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems and design scalable, maintainable solutions.

Nice to have

• Passion for taking full ownership of features and ensuring their quality from concept through to production.
• Experience with profiling applications, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance for scale.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile environment with an emphasis on communication and team success.
