What you will do

• Actively contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, cost-effective, and maintainable enterprise software solutions.
• Provide practical, hands-on guidance to development teams throughout the full software lifecycle.
• Develop and implement software architecture strategies aligned with business goals and conduct design reviews.
• Lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and provide strategic advice on complex challenges.
• Contribute to solution designs involving AI capabilities and promote AI-enhanced developer tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Over 9-11 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in complex architectures.
• Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, cost-conscious, and maintainable enterprise systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, C#, C++) and solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and expertise in software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and CI/CD.
• Advanced experience in agile software development and strong ability to convey complex architectural concepts.
