What you will do
- Execute inventory, requirements, production, and material planning processes.
- Develop and maintain finished-goods inventory targets by SKU based on service-level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times.
- Deliver customer fill-rate, inventory, and cost KPIs.
- Coordinate stock replenishment, operations, and logistics as a key supply chain interface.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate risks involving manufacturing performance, material shortages, and demand surges.
- Manage supply chain projects, including new product launches and capacity expansions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and initiative management.
- Prior experience with SAP APO or SAP ECC, particularly the MM, PP, or SD modules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Professional written and spoken English is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Power BI, KNIME, or RPA tools.
- FMCG experience.
