What you will do

• Design research solutions covering data assets, methodologies, samples, questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research tools.
• Manage multiple consulting and primary market research projects of varying complexity, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across fieldwork, programming, desk research, and related functions.
• Prepare and analyze secondary data, desk research, and primary market research results to identify findings and trends.
• Create client reports and presentations, participate in client meetings, and provide regular project updates.
• Support innovation of hirify.global’s market research offerings by combining solutions from across the organization.

Requirements

• Degree in life sciences; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of previous experience in market research.
• Experience with consulting and pharmaceutical market research projects at an international or cross-country level is preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative interpretation and analysis skills, including integration of data from different sources, plus excellent written and oral communication skills.
