What you will do

• Lead and grow the Transportation Business Group in the Alabama market.
• Manage business performance, financial results, staff utilization, project profitability, quality, and team engagement.
• Develop and execute market strategies aligned with client programs, capital plans, and funding priorities.
• Identify opportunities, shape pursuits, assemble competitive teams, and expand the client base.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development and successful project delivery.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, resource alignment, and performance monitoring while serving in project leadership roles.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Alabama geography, clients, technical disciplines, projects, and market influences.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to integrate technical leadership and business development.
• Strong project management, leadership, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments.
