Associate Product Manager (Gaming)

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end launch and live operations of a new game title in Thailand.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for expansion into other Southeast Asian markets.
• Own P&L responsibility, business forecasts, budget plans, and performance scenarios.
• Plan and execute esports initiatives, tournaments, and community competitions.
• Identify commercial partnerships and sponsorships to support esports activities.
• Coordinate Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service, Business Development, and overseas development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Game Publishing, or Game Operations.
• Experience launching games in Thailand or Southeast Asia.
• Deep practical understanding of esports, tournament formats, competitive gaming communities, and PC games.
• Strong knowledge of free-to-play business models, game monetization, player lifecycle, and live-service operations.
• Ability to build P&L models, interpret game performance statistics, and make data-informed commercial recommendations.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
