Localization Manager II (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany; office-first setup

What you will do

• Own the CRM localization roadmap and coordinate multilingual work across the team.
• Partner with SEO to optimize localized content for organic search performance.
• Localize purchase journeys, onboarding flows, and user communications with Product and Growth teams.
• Own the Consumer localization workstream across customer-facing products and campaigns.
• Use localization platforms, automation tools, and AI-enabled workflows to streamline multilingual delivery.
• Coordinate priorities and dependencies across CRM, SEO, Product, and Growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing localization or multilingual programs across several products or business areas.
• Strong knowledge of localization platforms, translation management systems, and multilingual workflows.
• Experience partnering with Product, Growth, Marketing, or CRM teams in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working with localization automation or AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to work from the Berlin office under an office-first arrangement.
