Analyst II, Design (Communication Design)

Global consumer goods company offering a full-time internal communication design role.

What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies and campaigns across intranet, email, town halls, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Design on-brand internal communication materials and maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Transform complex data, processes, and concepts into infographics, charts, diagrams, and other clear visual formats.
• Create impactful presentations for senior leadership, all-employee meetings, and internal stakeholders, including templates and design best practices.
• Write, edit, proofread, and organize announcements, articles, newsletters, scripts, and other internal content.
• Monitor communication effectiveness through feedback and analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in communication design and information design, supported by a portfolio.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Experience developing and maintaining branding guidelines and ensuring brand consistency.
• Advanced presentation design skills using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.

Nice to have

• Experience creating infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual aids for complex information.
• Experience structuring presentation narratives and tailoring communication to different internal audiences.
