Finance & Accounting Intern

Location: Novomoskovsk, Russia; readiness to relocate to Novomoskovsk is required. Partial work from home is possible.

Salary: 110,000 RUB gross per month. Relocation and housing support: 22,000 RUB net per month when relocating to Novomoskovsk from more than 50 km away.

What you will do

• Work on a plant finance project under the guidance of a P&G manager.
• Lead cost and investment analysis for efficiency, automation, material sourcing, and other cost-optimization initiatives.
• Conduct strategic cost management, benchmarking, target setting, loss analysis, and process optimization.
• Prepare cost forecasts and budgets for business units and support budget control and compliance.
• Deliver external financial information and support statutory compliance and corporate governance.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Be a third-year-or-later university student or a recent graduate within two years of graduation.
• Readiness to relocate to Novomoskovsk.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them to business processes.
• Readiness for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Project management skills and a can-do attitude.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, or experience with other systems and applications.
