Senior Applied AI Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and deploy production-grade autonomous agent networks using Agent Development Kit, Agent-to-Agent communication, and agentic frameworks.
• Build AI-driven workflows for multi-step security triage, threat investigation, and response.
• Own model selection, prompt engineering, context retrieval, RAG pipelines, orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
• Optimize context windows, token budgets, prompt caching, pruning, and latency across real-time AI interactions.
• Integrate agentic capabilities into customer- and analyst-facing applications built with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Firestore.
• Design secure multi-tenant architectures with strict customer data isolation and mentor engineers on AI engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience writing tested, maintainable production code.
• Practical production experience with LLM integration, prompt harnessing, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, function calling, evaluation, and observability.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Firestore, including schema design, queries, ORM usage, and runtime validation.
• Experience designing scalable, highly available, cloud-native systems and secure multi-tenant AI architectures.
• Experience with Vertex AI/GCP or other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, plus familiarity with models including Claude, Gemini, GPT-4, Llama, and Mistral.
• Experience partnering with product managers and security analysts to deliver user-facing features.

Nice to have

• Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with Google Cloud SecOps, Security Command Center, Mandiant, or SOAR systems.
• Experience with multimodal workflows, streaming agent architectures, or custom agent routing engines.
