Engineering Manager (Wealth Management SaaS): Leading execution, engineering operations, and people leadership for a 25-person Wealth Platform engineering organization with an accent on delivery planning, technical risk management, and organizational effectiveness. Focus on coaching seven Team Leads, improving engineering practices with AI-assisted tools, and coordinating priorities across Product, Engineering, Client Success, and other stakeholders.
Location: Lausanne, Switzerland; hybrid working with up to 2 days remote per week.

What you will do
- Translate product and technology priorities into executable engineering plans, team objectives, and delivery commitments.
- Lead execution across the Wealth Platform engineering organization of approximately 25 people and monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Plan engineering capacity and resources, identify capability gaps, and coordinate development, allocation, or hiring actions.
- Coach and develop seven Team Leads and individual contributors where appropriate, including objectives and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery, quality, engineering practices, metrics, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Coordinate priorities, dependencies, trade-offs, and engineering communication with Product Management, Client Success, HR, the CTO, and other teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience and a strong software engineering foundation.
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to assess engineering complexity, technical risks, design decisions, and architecture discussions.
- Experience delivering complex software products in an enterprise or B2B SaaS environment at a similar or larger scale.
- Experience managing and coaching both individual contributors and Team Leads.
- Ability to drive structured execution, make decisions across competing priorities, build trust with experienced engineers, and lead organizational change.
- Ability to work in the Lausanne hybrid setup, with up to 2 remote days per week.
