What you will do

• Teach courses in land resources and environmental sciences as departmental needs and funding allow.
• Teach on-campus or online classes.
• Advise, evaluate, and assist students.
• Develop curricula and courses.
• Support student academic success and contribute to inclusive learning.

Requirements

• Relevant degree and/or professional experience.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and strong organizational skills.
• Strong interest in student success and commitment to quality teaching.
• Commitment to inclusiveness, diversity, and working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Significant professional experience and substantial knowledge of the teaching discipline.
• Current expertise in the area of teaching responsibility.
• Previous teaching experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity.
