Localization Project Manager

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the United States

Pay: $49.70–$59.70 per hour

What you will do

• Manage translation projects from intake through final delivery, including setup, scheduling, tracking, vendor coordination, and query management.
• Review incoming requests, identify missing information and dependencies, and prepare clear project instructions for language service providers.
• Monitor timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and perform delivery checks against key requirements.
• Investigate and resolve workflow issues independently, escalating appropriately to the Translation Program Manager.
• Maintain accurate project information across project management and translation platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve or automate workflows using AI and other tools.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on translation or localization project management experience from request through final delivery.
• Exceptional attention to detail, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Strong written communication skills for preparing concise instructions for vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with translation management systems, localization QA, and common file formats.
• Comfort using AI tools for instruction validation, QA checks, and repetitive task automation.
• Ability to work fully remotely from the United States.
