Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work mode with occasional travel for in-person onboarding sessions

Shoptet is an e-commerce platform in the CEE region, operating within hirify.global and supporting businesses ranging from small sellers to established brands.

What you will do

• Design and run onboarding and training for partner L1 support teams.
• Build a repeatable onboarding framework for future European markets.
• Create training content and workflows using AI tools.
• Contribute to the shared knowledge base in Confluence and local help centers.
• Run recurring training sessions and occasional in-person onboarding sessions.
• Work independently to define, test, and improve the enablement function.

Requirements

• Prague-based and comfortable working in a hybrid setup.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C1 level. Czech and Slovak are not required.
• Experience in training or knowledge transfer.
• Project management experience with strong organization and time management.
• Confidence presenting and communicating with partner support teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid change, stress, and setting boundaries.

Nice to have

• SaaS or e-commerce background.
• Advanced hands-on AI experience, such as vibe coding.
