What you will do

• Advise on public and private M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, restructurings, and complex commercial arrangements.
• Apply and continuously develop knowledge of relevant corporate and finance legal principles.
• Monitor legal developments affecting specialist practice areas and participate in relevant training.
• Manage assigned projects, deadlines, budgets, costs, and time recording while delivering high-quality work.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through commercially aware, industry-focused advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share expertise, and contribute to the firm’s Responsible Business program.

Requirements

• Strong academic background.
• Excellent written communication and legal drafting skills.
• Outstanding technical legal skills and knowledge relevant to corporate and finance work.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work effectively in a team.
• Strong project management, organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience in a top-tier firm is preferred.
