Bilingual Provider Network Manager (French & English) – Senegal

Location: Senegal; candidates must currently be based in Senegal or have authorization to work in Senegal. The role includes travel of up to 20% across Africa. The posting also lists Kenya One Africa Place.

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, physician groups, and other healthcare providers across assigned African markets.
• Own provider onboarding, education, operational guidance, billing requirements, digital tools, policies, and service standards.
• Manage provider inquiries, complaints, escalations, payment concerns, reconciliation questions, and service-related issues.
• Monitor provider performance, operational KPIs, service delivery, reimbursement trends, and network service gaps.
• Analyze provider data and healthcare market trends to support network optimization, affordability initiatives, and access-to-care objectives.
• Prepare reports and presentations, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
• Current residence in Senegal or authorization to work in Senegal is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in provider relations, provider network management, network operations, healthcare operations, account management, or a similar provider-facing role.
• Experience working with healthcare providers and managing external stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to work across multicultural teams and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in regional or multi-country healthcare environments.
• Experience with CRM or provider management systems.
